CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of withdrawal

Do you wish to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product?

Step 1

Contact our aftersales team in writing via email at aftersales@mapfour.com. Include the original proof of purchase and describe the condition of the vehicle.

Step 2

Our customer service team will contact you and let you know where to return the goods.

Step 3

You send the bike back to the address provided.

Step 4

Upon receipt, we will inspect the bike. If it is in perfect/new condition, we will refund the purchase price after inspection. If there are defects, we will inform you of any potential deduction and then process the payment.

Conditions

  • We offer an extended right of withdrawal of 30 days; the legal minimum term is 14 days.

  • The cancellation must be notified in writing to aftersales@mapfour.com within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

  • Goods returned without prior arrangement may be returned to the customer; transportation costs may be charged to the extent permitted by law.

  • The customer may inspect the goods as far as necessary to determine their condition, characteristics and functionality. A full refund is dependent on the goods not having been used after this inspection. For bicycles, a maximum of 10 kilometres and no visible wear is a guideline for a full refund.

  • The buyer bears the costs of packaging and return shipping, provided they have been duly informed of this before the conclusion of the contract and mandatory legislation permits this.

  • The original packaging must be complete (charger, pedals, etc.). Missing parts may result in a price reduction.

  • We strongly recommend using the original packaging for returns. If the packaging is insufficient, the sender bears the risk of any transport damage, to the extent permitted by law.

  • Mapfour may, to the extent permitted by law, refuse to make a refund until the goods have been returned or the customer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
