A test drive usually lasts about 15 to 30 minutes.
If you want to compare several models, our on-site team will be happy to help you manage your time efficiently.

Question 4: Can I test multiple models?

Yes.
In the store, you can try out different models to directly compare various riding experiences and find the right e-bike for you.

Question 5: Do I need to book in advance or can I just show up?

It is advisable to book online in advance.
This ensures that test vehicles and staff are available and prevents waiting times. Spontaneous visits are possible, but availability depends on the daily opening hours of the location.

Question 6: What do I need to bring for the test ride? Do I need a driver's license or helmet?

A driver's license is not required.
The shop provides the necessary basic equipment, such as a helmet. However, you are also welcome to bring your own helmet. Before your ride, you will receive a short safety briefing from the staff.
