Shipping Costs and Coverage

• Currently, we only offer free shipping within mainland Germany and mainland France.

• Shipping to other regions is not covered by this policy.

Processing and Delivery Times

• The carrier's terms and conditions apply unless they restrict mandatory consumer rights.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

• Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, excluding pre-order items.

• For pre-orders, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page.

Shipment Notification and Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

• It may take some time for the tracking information to update until the carrier scans the package into its system.

• If you do not receive an email with a tracking number or have questions about shipping, please contact us at aftersales@mapfour.com.

Partial Deliveries

Partial deliveries are not possible. If the ordered goods are not fully in stock, we will contact you before shipment to clarify whether the available parts should be shipped.

Cancellations

• Once shipped, modifications such as model, color, or address changes, or cancellations, may incur additional costs and delay delivery.

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot always be recalled free of charge.

• If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, return shipping costs may be charged, provided you were correctly informed about this before the contract was concluded and mandatory law permits it.

• If acceptance is refused, Mapfour may charge for the costs incurred, to the extent permitted by law. Mapfour must be informed of this in writing.

Recommendations for Receiving Your Order

We strongly recommend inspecting the goods immediately upon receipt.

If there is visible external damage, we recommend only accepting the delivery with a written damage report or refusing the delivery and informing the Mapfour team directly via email at aftersales@mapfour.com . We will then consider a replacement delivery or another legally permissible solution as soon as possible.

If the damage is concealed, we recommend contacting the Mapfour team in writing as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt. Please send us the following information for processing:

• Photos of the shipping label;

• Photos of the damaged shipping box;

• Photos of the damage to the item;

• A copy of the invoice.

Please note: retain the product and original packaging until your case is resolved. This recommendation does not affect your legal rights.

Non-Delivery and Special Instructions

• Non-Delivery: If the tracking status indicates "delivered" but you have not received the goods, Mapfour may request a declaration of non-receipt. Upon receipt of this declaration, we will assess the case and, if justified, provide a replacement product as soon as possible or, if the item is unavailable, issue a refund.

• Delivery Authorization: If you grant the carrier a delivery authorization, this may affect any claims against the carrier. However, in consumer contracts with Mapfour, the risk only transfers to you when you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods, unless mandatory law stipulates otherwise.

• Consumers bear the costs of return shipping within the scope of the right of withdrawal only if they have been duly informed about this before the conclusion of the contract and if mandatory law permits it.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing transport insurance for returns.

• If delivery fails, the carrier may redirect the package to a local pick-up point. Packages are typically held for a maximum of 10 days. If the package is not collected, it may be returned to Mapfour.

• If a package is returned, the customer must notify Mapfour in writing at aftersales@mapfour.com . Costs for re-shipment may be charged if legally permitted.
