Warranty Principles
Our warranty offers you reliable quality assurance and comprehensive support for your purchase.
• The warranty period starts on the date of purchase as stated on the invoice.
• Warranty claims should primarily be submitted to Mapfour customer service. Mapfour will make a decision on this matter within the validity period of the warranty. In the event of confirmed material or design defects, the company will decide on repair, replacement, or refund at its own discretion.
Please note: we reserve the right to reject claims for unauthorized repairs.
• Damage caused by improper or unintended use (e.g., accidents, unauthorized modifications, incorrect assembly, or poor maintenance) is excluded from the warranty. Mapfour's interpretation of the warranty terms is binding.
• The warranty is not transferable.

The warranty ensures the structural integrity of the vehicle under normal use, without deformation or deep cracks. Breakage or cracks in the frame due to accidents or external influences are not covered. |
